the talking hands and feet

20 Jun

Ok. Let’s take a break for a while from Medicine and all those notes.

And take a look at this alternative medicine- the one that literally probe into your whole body organs via your hands and feet!

You see…Our hands and feet can actually talk! (And it’s not fortune telling. This is legal in Islam)

Reflexology

Legs are a member of a very complex includes 26 bones, 57 joints, 107 ligaments and 19 muscles. Injuries to bones, joints and ligaments of the body are able to provide health complications, including a knee feeling numb, stiff in the shoulders and problems with constipation.

In reflexology, pressure is applied to the feet and hands using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. Stretch and movement techniques are utilized as “desserts” to provide relaxation to the foot. Oil, cream and lotion are not utilized in traditional reflexology work. Tools or instruments are used for self help application only due to safety concerns.

Well, you can find thousands more information about reflexology and acupuncture if you type it in Google.

People say- The world at your fingertips but this time- you have your organs at the fingertips. Amazing right!

And in your creation, and what He scattered (through the earth) of moving (living) creatures are signs for people who have Faith with certainty” (Al-Jatsiyah: 4)

We will show them Our Signs in the universe, and in their ownselves, until it becomes manifest to them that this (the Qur’ân) is the truth. Is it not sufficient in regard to your Lord that He is a Witness over all things?” (Al-Fussilat:53)

…Our Lord! You have not created (all) this without purpose, glory to You! (Exalted be You above all that they associate with You as partners). Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire” (Ali-Imran:191)

Allah swt created our body so well that He thought of even this. He made us walk so that we will always be pressing these pressure points and thus keeping these organs activated at all times (quoted)

So, keep on walking!

And ya, try walking on this type of pavement…Barefooted!

And the pen is lifted~

And the pen is lifted~
